Data you provide through the contact form: first name, last name, company, business email, phone number (optional), company size, area of interest and the content of your message.

If you complete the "How automatable is your company?" quiz: your answers and resulting score and, only if you choose to leave them, your email address and company name, so we can get back to you.

Technical navigation data (e.g. abbreviated IP address, device type, pages visited), processed only where necessary for the website to work and stay secure.

Answering your requests, arranging a possible meeting and preparing proposals: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request and, for organisational aspects, the controller's legitimate interest.

Getting back to you after the readiness quiz: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website: the controller's legitimate interest.

We do not process your data for purposes other than those described on this page.

Data is processed electronically, according to logic related to the purposes described and with adequate security measures.

Contact requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months from first contact or until you ask for deletion. Quiz results left without contact details are kept for a maximum of 12 months, in aggregate form.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time: processing then stops, except for any legal obligations due.

Data is stored in the website's database, with hosting and digital infrastructure providers acting as processors, with adequate security safeguards.

Request notifications are sent to the controller through an appointed email delivery provider.

Data is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes, nor used for automated decision-making with legal effects on you.

You can exercise, at any time and in relation to the purposes described, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as well as withdraw consent given.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
